All classes will be live via zoom except those noted (recorded video/audio).
Pre Recordings will be sent via email the previous day or the same day as the scheduled activity. Live zoom classes will recorded and sent the day after for you to have unlimited access.
ABOUT THE PRACTICES
Hatha yoga: is the root of all yoga styles. Yoga means union between Soul, Mind and Body. We practices pranayamas and asanas moved by the breath and relaxation. First we cleanse and awake the respiratory system, then we do the physical practice to leave you with a deep feeling of calm and peace in every cell and organ of the physical body as well as the mental and spiritual body.
Vinyasa Yoga: Awaken your flow connecting breath with movement, expanding the space of the heart, activating and invigorating each cell of your body to radiate out.
Restorative yoga: A deep slow hip opening practice to nourish deeply, unwind and reset the body.
Self Nurturing Practice: The more we learn to nurture ourselves the more we can nurture others. This is a practice to cultivate self love through self massage, tai chi and therapeutic movements to nourish both the physical and energetic body.
Dance Journey: Allowing your bodies to open, express and celebrate through this guided dance journey and the beat of the music.
Movement Journey: An exploration through the relationship of ‘soma’ body/mind in which we develop an intimate connection with ourselves through the sensations, the emotions and the imaginary as a way to expand our mind, awaken more subtle qualities of the body and a greater perception of the environment.
Sound/ Mantra: Be guided into sending all the love and nurturing to your very own being through chanting and music.
HOW THIS ONLINE RETREAT WORKS
This retreat will be held live via Zoom meet up calls. You will experience close to the same transmission as if you would be physically present as we will have interactive moments and be connecting on a personal level to all of you.
You will receive an Ebook a few days before the retreat so you can prepare yourself and follow during these 3 days.
This retreat includes 9 hours of live zoom practice, 4 hours of live zoom interactive talks and sharing. Plus 3 hours of pre-recorded practices.
During the retreat we are available to answer any questions and accompany you in this journey so you can receive the most out of this experience.
Along with this you will can also enjoy a lifelong access to recording and material of the classes in this retreat.
Qualified teacher in Sivananda Vedanta 200H and Vinyasa Flow 300H. Reiki Ushui Master. Practice different traditions over the years and teach classic Hatha Yoga with a blend of Vinyasa Flow focusing on breathing, Pranayama and Meditations. What most interests her is inner Peace during and after each session.
He is a Holistic Chef and Therapist in Bioneuromocion, a method to accompany others in understanding their emotions and how they affect their reality.
Over the past few years he’s been relating the world of the emotions with nutrition and our quality of life as a way to refine our relationship with ourselves and the environment so we can choose to live autonomous and free.
Certificated 200H Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga in Sampoorna Yoga School India and Aeroyoga Instructor and Meditation guide. His desire for experiencing personal development and inner peace is his passion. As a practitioner of yoga and meditation for the last ten years, he has found, in this project, the ideal framework to share and offer something valuable to the world.
She has been exploring corporal practices for more then 10 years in a search for expression through the body. Starting this path through Yoga that has allowed her this inner journey of self-discoveryand from here embarking on an endless journey that has lead her to forming herself in Acroyoga, Thai Massage, Aguahara, somatic movement in nature, dance, contact improv and 5rhythms
